Lindsay Choi

Based in Berkeley, CA, 최 Lindsay is a poet and translator working between English, Korean, and Swedish. They are the author of Transverse (Futurepoem, 2021), which was a finalist for the Lambda literary award in transgender poetry 2022, and a chapbook, Matrices (speCt! books, 2017). They are a Ph.d. candidate in English Literature at UC Berkeley, and they have received fellowships from Kundiman and UC Berkeley’s Arts Research Center, as well as a residency from baltic writing residencies. more of their work can be found in Changes Review, OmniVerse, Amerarcana, aster(ix) Journal, Apogee, The Felt, Bettering American Poetry Vol. 2, and elsewhere, including the Berkeley Art Museum’s recent exhibit, Way Bay.
