A Trans Librarian's Guide to Trans Literature
Gaius J. Augustus
Gaius J. Augustus is a lifelong storyteller, weaving tales of speculative fiction stories that blur the lines between magic & science, drama & humor, and good & evil. Many of their works are cross-genre, most often scifi and fantasy but also adventure, family sagas, and sometimes even love stories.
A queer, transgender, non-binary, pagan, and disabled person living in the desert southwest of the US, they have a diverse background, starting with 10 years of training in fine arts and film and television production followed by a decade of training in chemistry and biology. After all that, they naturally decided to work in none of those fields, instead writing the stories they always wanted to read.
